I like the fact that I can access the need for itemized repairs and their costs with no pressure from the service personal. Everything is right upfront and it's a quick "yes" or "no" for each repair. I asked to have my truck returned by 12pm . Kept calling no return call. I finally got a call at 3pm it was ready. I got a long list of problems . They said the muffler was bad. The service took less time than estimated and they were very friendly. The only complaint would be the fact that I could not get in for the undercoating for about 2 months after buying my car and there is very friendly.
