The employees are wonderful, what isnt wonderful is the three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken three and a half hour wait for a simple oil change and tire change over. My car is brand new, this was the first service, really shouldnt have taken that long. I wasnt the only one who waited hours for a tire change over, sounds like that portion of the service center needs to be worked on. I really should have just gone somewhere else, I had just had surgery the day prior and waiting almost 4 hours was not great. I have been to plenty of other service shops that do not take this long. Very disappointed. They forgot to return locking lug nut key and I now have to drive 45 minutes one way to get it.
