I brought my van in to get tire rotated, oil change and state inspection They rotated the tires, but then told me that I couldn’t get my vehicle inspected because my tires did not pass so I had them put o state inspection They rotated the tires, but then told me that I couldn’t get my vehicle inspected because my tires did not pass so I had them put on new tires. They tried to charge me for the tire rotation. Knowing that I need a new tires after they rotated my tires, the stem valve magically corroded away and I had to replace that another $300 so we did all that and I went back to pick up my vehicle and asked them if my vehicle was inspected. They forgot to do the inspection. The whole reason why I did the tires, so I had to come back again after being there three times. Everything was done and I Go to start my van and my van did not start. It was worst experience I’ve ever had in the years I’ve been there. More

I have always loved buying cars from Handy Toyota. Their service department is great and the sales people are very friendly. Todays visit was for an recall. The staff are polite, but the work ethic is lacking. 'Half done' seems to be good enough for them. I was not satisfied at all with the "service" I received.
