My old Camry was 19 years old when I traded it in to buy my 4Runner. So, it would be fair to say that the first vechicle was sold by the salesman and the second vechicle was sold by the service department. my 4Runner. My only complaint is a better system is needed when waiting in line to check in. There should be one entrance to the counter and whenever an advisor is available they signal you. Now you juts stand an waiting in line to check in. There should be one entrance to the counter and whenever an advisor is available they signal you. Now you juts stand anywhere watching a bunch of advisors doing busy things but not acknowledging you. I stood there for close to 15 minutes waiting for an advisor and I have a bad back making that painful. I had an appointment as well. More
