Capital GMC personnel began to inspect my 2005 Sierra almost immediately after I arrived for my appointment. While I waited in the customer lounge area, several Capital employees greeted me with a smile almost immediately after I arrived for my appointment. We found the type of vehicle we were interested in on Autotrader.com. We talked on the phone several times with Daniel to ask detailed questions about the options and condition of the car.
