Just wanted to share my recent experience with this dealership, even though I did not buy from them. I visited them twice, first to check out the GMC Terrain with extended warranty, second to get a quo dealership, even though I did not buy from them. I found Gary & Brian both to be very forthright and responsive to my questions. Especially, Gary who listened to my needs, explained the features nicely and did not apply any pressure to purchase right away. Instead, he presented himself as a consultant to help me make the best decision. It was refreshing to find a dealership that conducts itself in such a "customer-centric" way. More

I was so glad to reach a woman in service I never feel good calling about my car needs. I have an G6 and I don't like to say but I don't know to much about cars and when I got Lisa I was so happy to hear good calling about my car needs. The salesman told me I was eligible for this because of my business. During the next few days I spoke with many people, both at the dealership and GM, and was informed I could not get the accessories First they said the new truck had to be titled in the business name, they later gave me the excuse of "the program can't be combined with the college discount". Even though the dealer made their money on the sale and the access. were paid by GM, the dealer blamed GM and vice versa. When I purchased the truck I made it plain to everyone, both through email and at the showroom that I would pay all tax, title and tags. After about ten days they called to tell me they messed up and pay DMV fees for me. So it seemed to me that since they have such incompetent staff, we can trade off on the GM accessories and their mix up at DMV. I was forced to pay the DMV fees and still did not get the accessories I was entitled to. Also got short changed on the On Star and XM radio. After speaking with the owner several times, he was as rude as anyone I had dealt with. A typical used car salesman. More
