I have been shopping around for tires for my truck for awhile now. Found some good deals on the internet, but didnt want to have to deal with shipping, then finding someone who can put them on. I called C awhile now. Found some good deals on the internet, but didnt want to have to deal with shipping, then finding someone who can put them on. I called Capital to see what they could do for me. I spoke to Allen Andrews on the phone and he got the ball rolling for me. The tires I were looking at were about $100 cheaper(4 of them total) on a website. He told me not to worry, that he would price match them. He sure did, and lucky enough there was an extra $60 rebate card that I can recieve. The tires were there that afternoon, and was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Allen and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Even the parts man in the back had some good tips on how to maintain my truck and keep it running strong. (I think his name was Chris) Great overall experience. I will definitely be back for my service needs. Keep up the good work. More

Gary Dunn and Gary Talley did an outstanding job in assisting me with my used car purchase. When I first made contact with the dealership I spoke with Mr. Dunn and explained that the car I wanted to se assisting me with my used car purchase. When I first made contact with the dealership I spoke with Mr. Dunn and explained that the car I wanted to see was locate at the Powhatan site. Mr. Dunn without asking me if I really wanted the car left from the Laburnum site and went to the Powhatan site to get the car on the same day & then brought the car to my job, located in Mechanicsville, for me to see. The funny part about this is I never told Mr. Dunn where I worked. He went the extra mile to locate my employer's address and made sure I could view the car without any certainty that I would definitely buy the car. I have never experience any car salesperson providing this type of custom service just for me to see a car. I was very impressed and my co-worker. It made me feel very special, like a queen and a very important person. When I was ready to test drive the car and Mr. Dunn was not available, but made the necessary arrangements with Mr. Talley to make it happen. I did not purchase the car on the same day because I had a prior committment. I left the dealership without anyone pressuring me to make my purchase on the same day. The next day I purchase the car in a price range that fit my budget without any hassle. I highly recommend the fine folks at Capital GMC Laburnum site to anyone. More

Capital was recommended by a friend of ours, who recently bought a 2011 Buick Lacrosse there, and was pleased he did. He was very knowledgeable about the Lacrosse's, very pleasant and friendly, and there wasn't a question about the car that he couldn't answer. He was very patient and explained in layman's terms all of the capabilities and gadgets the car has. He certainly possesses terrific customer service skills. The other employees that Daniel introduced us to were very friendly as well. The rating of the price was a little lower than the other scores, but, hey, who doesn't want a great deal and save money?! Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and we intend to spread the word about Daniel and the Capital dealership! More
