We have always used GMC for servicing our vehicles, this was the worst experience we have had with them, usually the service is great. We brought in our Tahoe on Friday the 11th and it ws not ready for pick was the worst experience we have had with them, usually the service is great. There was little to no communication unless it was facilitated by us to get progress on the status of when our vehicle was going to be finished. I found myself for the first time since 1979 walking around the Ford dealership lot. After some serious soul searching I came back to GM (Capital) because of Greg Huband (Sales) and Mike Rowe (service). The way I have always been treated and needs been addressed is what changed my mind. They are responsible for my purchase of a new GM vehicle. More
