We have always used GMC for servicing our vehicles, this was the worst experience we have had with them, usually the service is great. We brought in our Tahoe on Friday the 11th and it ws not ready for pick was the worst experience we have had with them, usually the service is great. There was little to no communication unless it was facilitated by us to get progress on the status of when our vehicle was going to be finished. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received when all of our previous experiences have been great. More

Ultimately, the Acadia wasn't the right fit for what we were looking for, but Daniel was, by far, the best salesperson we encountered during our vehicle search. Capital was recommended to me by quite a few people. After spending more than 2 full days searching for a new vehicle (with no luck), I decided to stop in at Capital. After some serious soul searching I came back to GM (Capital) because of Greg Huband (Sales) and Mike Rowe (service). I have been shopping around for tires for my truck for awhile now. Found some good deals on the internet, but didnt want to have to deal with shipping, then finding someone who can put them on. I called C awhile now. Found some good deals on the internet, but didnt want to have to deal with shipping, then finding someone who can put them on. I called Capital to see what they could do for me. I spoke to Allen Andrews on the phone and he got the ball rolling for me. The tires I were looking at were about $100 cheaper(4 of them total) on a website. He told me not to worry, that he would price match them. He sure did, and lucky enough there was an extra $60 rebate card that I can recieve. The tires were there that afternoon, and was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Allen and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Even the parts man in the back had some good tips on how to maintain my truck and keep it running strong. (I think his name was Chris) Great overall experience. I will definitely be back for my service needs. Keep up the good work. More
