My 2010 GMC Terrain wahey took s in for a piston problem with 90,000 K plus in mileage. They took care of the problem and worked worked with me to keep the time the car was in the shop to a minimum to me s with 90,000 K plus in mileage. Capital is the only repair shop for our vehicles. The service is done right the first time, the employees are as much the reason we are repeat customers as well as the service.When it is time to replace our vehicles we will purchase from Capital. Capital is friendly on the surface but below that they are very stubborn, expensive, rigid and unhelpful! Getting into a substitute vehicle turned out to be a nightmare. I ended up paying taxes and fees on three cars, and Capital could not possibly be bothered in helping me find a way around that. After paying inflated service charges, taxes and fees to get my trade in car back, they refused to even put a little gas in it so I could get home. More
