Getting into a substitute vehicle turned out to be a nightmare. I ended up paying taxes and fees on three cars, and Capital could not possibly be bothered in helping me find a way around that. After paying inflated service charges, taxes and fees to get my trade in car back, they refused to even put a little gas in it so I could get home. More
