I would give a 5 rating in all categories for my last visit as they actually discussed the problem with me, and I do believe we have it repaired now. Went to Capital because they beat the price of Local dealer and delivered the car to us which was 1.5 hour drive. Also set up my Bluetooth for cell phones. The easiest car deal we have ever had.
