You almost lost a GM customer but Gary Dunn and Steve in service kept me from going to Ford. Dominion of Richmond gave me no help when my chevy Silverado broke down after 2 years but capital saved the day service kept me from going to Ford. Gary was awesome and if this Yukon keeps running as well as it looks I am sure I'll get another from Capital when this one gets too old. I wish I could have gotten a little more for my truck towards payment on the Yukon because of all the problems I had trying to get a loaner with Dominion but I think Gary did the best he could. I do think GM should offer a longer powertrain warranty on used cars that have high miles but low years. I have a jeep with 248000 no problems with engine or tranny. Anyway I will tell you what I told Gary I have owned Four Jeeps still own one never thought I would switch but jeeps just aren't made like they use to be. I hope to have Found a new Favorite in GM, when I find a brand I like I will stick with it for life.
