I went to Capital to look at a vehicle that I had seen on the website. Talked to Victor a few times on the phone about the car. He came in on his day off (Saturday) to help me look at the vehicle. The only one small problem was the chrome wheels were not cleaned but no big deal as it only took a short time to do them myself. You almost lost a GM customer but Gary Dunn and Steve in service kept me from going to Ford. Dominion of Richmond gave me no help when my chevy Silverado broke down after 2 years but capital saved the day service kept me from going to Ford. Gary was awesome and if this Yukon keeps running as well as it looks I am sure I'll get another from Capital when this one gets too old. I wish I could have gotten a little more for my truck towards payment on the Yukon because of all the problems I had trying to get a loaner with Dominion but I think Gary did the best he could. I do think GM should offer a longer powertrain warranty on used cars that have high miles but low years. I have a jeep with 248000 no problems with engine or tranny. Anyway I will tell you what I told Gary I have owned Four Jeeps still own one never thought I would switch but jeeps just aren't made like they use to be. I hope to have Found a new Favorite in GM, when I find a brand I like I will stick with it for life. Hopefully I will be driving chevy or GM trucks from now on but I will say if this engine does what the Silverado V8 5.3 did I will be looking at f150s and tundras More
