She was very easy to work with and thoroughly explained the myriad of features on the truck. She was able to bring us the Metallic Green one we wanted from the dealer in Midlothian and we are very happy with our choice. The process was painless and they were able to get me the best lease price by looking at a number of different programs. Giving up my 335i for a big truck...going to miss my sports car...but we needed a bigger vehicle. All the people we dealt with were friendly and professional from the receptionist to the Sales Manager. I am very pleased with the entire process and know that if we have any issues, they will take care of them. Highly recommend. More

Absolute Best Service Ever As a female who knows very little about cars, I've always worried about being ripped off when taking mine in for service. That is until I started usi As a female who knows very little about cars, I've always worried about being ripped off when taking mine in for service. That is until I started using the service department at Haley Buick GMC - Airport. I purchased my car in 2011 from this dealership and I have never taken it anywhere else for service. Everyone I come in contact with in the service department is professional and courteous. I never feel like I'm being jerked around and they always have me in and out very quickly. A special shout out to Dane for being so great in handling a long line of sleepy customers very early on a Saturday morning. Standing in line, I noticed a very grumpy man pacing back and forth. He was very rude but Dane handled him with professionalism and patience never missing a beat getting the rest of us set up for service. Even while Mr. Grumpy continued to interrupt him. You just don't find service like this anymore. More
