Recent purchase of new 2016 Canyon I used the internet to initiate contact with Haley GMC Airport location, and begin my search of their inventory. Janet Pineman was the internet sales rep that first contacted me. I made a trip out there and became a real strong near future buyer. I chose the midnight edition SLE as the truck I intended to purchase. I slept on it and returned the next evening to close the deal. It was already dark when I returned but I tried to really inspect the truck for scratches and dings & do one more inspection before closing the deal . Since black shows everything I was able to find a few micro-scratches in the paint. I'm sure by that time the sales team had already invested their time and efforts into the paperwork for that truck. I became slightly concerned that I might want a different color truck. A brand new white SLT had arrived that morning before I came in and was sitting there taunting me the entire time I was there at Janet's desk. I eyeballed that thing the whole time I was in there. I ended up letting them know that I wanted to switch trucks. Without any resistance, or hesitation they had the new paperwork out for me and were ready to discuss options for it (mind you 9pm is fast approaching). I know that it was more work for them, but they were there to make sure that I was happy in the end. In addition to that, I had a flight to catch the day after we made the deal. I was also going to have the bed liner sprayed and have the side steps installed. Airport GMC suggested I bring the truck to them before my flight to have the work done, and they would take me to the airport, and pick me up 5 days later when I returned. It worked out perfectly. Janet picked took me to & picked me up from the airport in my new truck. When I returned it was freshly detailed with the bed-liner sprayed and the side steps installed. It was truly a great experience to work with them. I have recommended them to others already & have told this story a few times as well. My experience with Daniel Wilson began when I realized that the LaCross was to be my next car in May 2013. Daniel was able to confirm my interest in ownership of the 2013 LaCross by the way he presented detailed information about the car, purchasing or leasing options, and providing answers to questions I had about the dealership and customer service. I was so pleased with Daniel being available during my driving the 2013 LaCross for almost 3 years, that I got a 2016 LaCross with all the trimmings (fully equipped). Daniels was able to get the colors requested (interior and exterior) and have the car ready for me when I wanted it. Brad Johnson and CJ Stotler deserves some points because of their helping me also.
