However, I was disappointed that the truck did not have a ball mount included, for a $50,000.00 vehicle this is very surprising. Other than that the floor mats are a bit on the cheap side. We didn't find that at any dealership except this one. We found Daniel. He showed us what we wanted, educated us about what was similar, and we test drove one as well. We left without being harassed. We left with information. We didn't have to fill out forms, give out our info or recoil from endless "courtesy calls" about our experience. We also noticed another difference. The cars we saw, new or used, were clean. This was not the case elsewhere. We were very impressed with The entire team at Haley Buick GMC. Enough to buy a Chevy Traverse from them. Daniel couldn't have been more helpful in the set up and teaching us how to use all its bells and whistles! That clearly was a difference in our previous car buying experiences.
