I called ON STAR and asked for the nearest Buick Dealer. Fortunately, we were just 10 miles away in the Richmond area. We pulled into Haley Buick GMC Airport and the service advisor Allen Andrews took us right away and installed two new wiper blades and we were on our way back up to Gaithersburg, MD. Not only did Janet and Ken treat me like a valued customer, but they were upfront and truthful with me the entire time. They both made this a very simple and hassle free process....an experience I've never had when purchasing a new vehicle. So, yeah, I committed the ultimate shopping sin, but I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price..... and both Janet and Ken made it all possible. Only caution I would give to potential customers, be careful with your coffee around Ken...he's more of a "slap on the back" type guy when a deals been made! I will admit I researched trucks for quite a while so I asked a TON of questions since I want to be informed about such a big decision (we are talking hours, no joke, they are saints). Brad & Ken both were very patient with me and answered all my questions, even the ones that they had never been asked before. Instead of getting frustrated when they didn't know they phoned for assistance and got the answers that I needed to feel comfortable in making this big decision. They were fair with pricing and worked for hours with me to make sure I was comfortable with everything involved and had the options I requested. Brad even sat with me for over an hour after I bought it helping to program the truck and my phone so I could use all the functions that were available and explaining how everything worked. You really couldn't ask for a more understanding and patient person to work with, never got upset with my constant "how do you x,y,z...". What I love the most is when he doesn't know an answer he will tell you he doesn't know and find out the CORRECT answer instead of trying to bluff you. Each department worked hard to get everything that I wanted and I can honestly say they bent over backwards to work with me. You couldn't ask for a better, no pressure experience with lots of laughs and joking involved. Very laid back approach which I really appreciated-especially since I was sole buyer and a women (I have found other places think this equally "dumb woman, lets try to take advantage of her" or when that doesn't work they try to pressure or bully you). I have always liked the fit and quality of the GMC line, so we decided to add a truck to our line of vehicles. I strayed to a dealership in another part of town, but felt like my needs were not met. Follow-up calls and emails were not returned with any sense of urgency. I decided to Haley to see what they had to offer and fortunately they had the perfect truck for us on site. I was still working with the other dealership, but Janet Pineman did a fantastic job of communicating and understanding my needs. She was familiar with the trucks I was looking at and talked about all the updated features compared to my 2003 GMC. Ultimately Janet and CJ made it worth my while thus securing my business. I would highly recommend Haley to any family and friends looking for an easy and straightforward process when purchasing a vehicle. More
