I looked at dealerships near my hometown with the best reviews, a large selection of cars I was interested in, and a trade-in deal and that led me to Chris Kern who was at Ewald Kia at the time. My dad and I set up an appointment to look at a few cars and I drove off with a lovely 2014 Kia Forte that day, leaving my "lemon" car behind. I think he did a wonderful job of being patient while my dad and I bombarded him with nitty gritty questions and test drove all the cars I had in mind. Even my dad, who hates buying cars from dealerships, said it went really well. I absolutely love my car now and would highly recommend going to Chris. More
