Replacing IWEs on 2014 F150 Counting the original equipment, I have had two have the IWE assemblies replaced 2 more times. Once at 24600 miles and again at 63,000 miles. Even tho Counting the original equipment, I have had two have the IWE assemblies replaced 2 more times. Once at 24600 miles and again at 63,000 miles. Even though the first replacement set was out of warranty (12 months or 24000 miles) Griffin Ford Service department was willing to help defray a significant part of the expense to replace the third set. I was very pleased with the customer service I received and will continue to bring my vehicles here for any future maintenance work. More

In my case, that meant a very specific combination of features. It also meant that, since this car is for our vacation home, all the conversations needed to either by email or the phone. Additionally, I, personally, want an estimate of what the car will cost before I make a final choice on which dealership I'll use. That's a lot of work with the potential for there to be no return. Griffin met all these requirements; Griffin got me a great price; Griffin got me a great trade in valuation, and Griffin delivered to me exactly the car I wanted. Griffin is the best. More
