This dealer is over 1-1/2 hours away and I explained to Tyler that I did not want to drive all that way without an agreement on a trade-in value. They then offered a value thousands less than estimated. A complete waste of our time and gas. Obviously we did not make a deal, walked out immediately and will never go back. So sad that dealers like this exist. More
