Jesse was great. however, the dealership sadly, I'd never recommend to anyone ever. After making it to the dealer i said the alternstor ie not chsrging, it needs to be replaced, as i hooked up the snap-on scanner to dianose and verify . We own a shop in PA thats been in business 25 yeats this year. We were chsrged $250 diagnosing fee to tell us what I already diagnosed in 4 minutes orior to my arrival. We were then charged $1,985 for a $280 alternator and what should be 2hrs labor if going by book rate. Even with jesse being generous and giving me the veterans discount it was still $1,700! We needed a 5 day rental at another $550 because you do not provide a courtesy loaner! We were left with zero options as we had 5 children. And were 1k miles away. This is a 450 job at my shop or if using OE alternator. 750. The dealership prays on tourists and takes advantage of them to the extreme. Again, Jesse was great and I'd recommend HIM to anyone. Just not his place of employment. Price gouging amd tsking advantagebof customers in bad situations would be an understatment. More
Misleading - due to this dealership not informing us in a past visit is the reason for my 2012 Sportage inoperable. A major recall service was not completed and voided the vehicle warranty.
