On September 18 I had a appointment at 8 am, when I got there I was introduced to Tony, I told him that my battery wasn't working because when I tried to turn it on with my phone it told me my battery wasn there I was introduced to Tony, I told him that my battery wasn't working because when I tried to turn it on with my phone it told me my battery wasn't at the right percentage which was less than 40%, he insist that the process of the car was going to be diagnosed, so I asked him if there was any loaner car or shuttle & he said no so I asked how long would it take since I work at 9:40 he told Me it was going to take more than 4 hours. When I left I didn't get notification till I texted around 12 pm & to add my Car was finished around 2 just to change the battery . When I got there one of your employees and older gentleman was really hostile . My boyfriend parked his car by the entrance and he came yelling at him to move his car really hostile. Then when I went inside to get my keys the guys asked me if I was the lady needing the shuttle so I was really confused then he couldn't find my keys but at the end they gave me my car .and it was an easy fix More

I recently had the worst experience with Kia's customer service. My car was at the dealership for over a month, and to my disbelief, they managed to lose my keys. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I final service. My car was at the dealership for over a month, and to my disbelief, they managed to lose my keys. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I finally got my car back, it wasn't even fully reassembled. The level of incompetence and lack of care is astounding. It's incredibly frustrating to have your vehicle held for so long, only to be returned in a worse state than when it was brought in. I strongly advise against trusting Kia with your car service needs. This has been an absolute nightmare. More
