You would have thought I bought a new truck the way they treated me. I drove 3 hours to look at the used truck that I ended up buying. So they detailed the truck that day which was on a Saturday and when they cleaned it up they had pulled out the mirror extensions while cleaning and I didn’t notice that they were not in the truck. I called Monday and let them know what had happened and they said they would mail them out to me. So they actually drove them to my house. like I said I’m 3 hours away so I’m very happy with my decision with buying my truck from them More

This dealership is the worst I’ve ever worked with! And I’ve had cars at palmen and Honda in Racine! I’ve brought my ford escape here twice and the first time should have been enough for me to not come And I’ve had cars at palmen and Honda in Racine! I’ve brought my ford escape here twice and the first time should have been enough for me to not come back! Nothing but problems, they aren’t trustworthy, there always seems to be “extra” things that come up to charge more! This last time my steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably while idling and coming to a stop! My regular mechanic already diagnosed it but you can only order the part as a ford dealership and then they have to program it! Dealership couldn’t get the steering wheel to shake one but found other issues! I specifically told them what it was that needed to be done and they said no, steering wheel is fine! I go pick it up drive it out the bay and steering wheel is shaking! Ended up bringing it to Procorro Ford in Racine, told them steering wheel is shaking and didn’t mention what my mechanic said it was, just to see what they’d say, and of course it was exactly what my mechanic said was the issue! Kenosha Ford dealership is trash, go to Racine or anywhere else! More
