Staff was very knowledgeable and professional. The service was performed on time and in a timely manner. The only thing that prevented me from giving a "Great" rating was that when the appointment The service was performed on time and in a timely manner. The only thing that prevented me from giving a "Great" rating was that when the appointment was scheduled, I requested new wipers and while performing the other services, they discovered that they did not have the right wipers for my vehicle. I have to go back for that service once the wipers come in. This should have been checked prior to service appointment. More

The dealership got my car in for an evaluation of a recall (pass/fail and replaced the part and had it finished all within the same appointment! They told me that parts for that recall were backordered recall (pass/fail and replaced the part and had it finished all within the same appointment! They told me that parts for that recall were backordered until February 2026! Thanks Gordie Boucher for getting the problem taken care of in one visit!! I’m VERY pleased! More

Elijah is a great employee made me feel like another family member the hospitality was wonderful. The service was perfect. I highly recommend this dealership to everybody that wants to get service done to their Ford or purchase a new car and the service manager is beyond amazing. He’s got a good group of guys and it goes to show you with everybody working here that kind of people that he allows in his group to satisfi his customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ford Kenosha great place for everything….. They even went above and beyond to get me a loaner vehicle so I could get back-and-forth with my children so they can fix my car and they got the parts in within 24 hours Great job Kenosha service department ….
