I'm a chronic researcher, so I test drove many cars to find my "one" at other dealers. Once I narrowed down to the make/model, it was a simple "find the best deal". Greg was great starting the process on the phone and finishing it in person with service tools the "others" didn't have, like a breakdown estimate of monthly payments with different scenarios of down payments etc. Would recommend and buy here again, especially with Greg! I do not think he was personable or friendly. He was unapologetic for the delay in my license plates. When I asked him why didn't anyone contact me to let me know my license plates would be delayed he was very curt and rude. Working with Ken was the only bad experience I had at this dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and I would refer my friends to work with Bob and JB. More
