Thoughtful, efficient Service Dept, and a nicely lit environment (soft, not hospital lights blinding) with everything you might need for a comfortable 90 minute wait. You guys are absolutely amazing. Not only did Jeff get us in on short notice, but when the part delivery ran late, he gave my daughter a rental to get back to college (2 hours away) Not only did Jeff get us in on short notice, but when the part delivery ran late, he gave my daughter a rental to get back to college (2 hours away) and delivered her car to her when it was done! I can't wait until my lease on my Toyota is up so I can lease a Lexus!!! P.S. This is not our first amazing service with Jeff. It’s everytime. More
