I had to have my car serviced twice in the same week because a gasket was not properly tighten when the oil change was done. At no point did anyone offer an apologies or acknowledge the inconvenience o because a gasket was not properly tighten when the oil change was done. At no point did anyone offer an apologies or acknowledge the inconvenience of having to make two trips there in one week. I found that odd and unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.
