Our description of Patrick: knowledgeable, patient, respectful, diplomatic. We could not have been in better hands! Patrick listened to us and answered our questions, instead of talking over and past respectful, diplomatic. We could not have been in better hands! This was our first experience with electric vehicles so we had many questions about availability and then about options. Patrick walked us through it all, and in the end we got the vehicle that is right for us and that we feel very comfortable with. At one point in the process we (the purchasers) got into an argument/discussion about L1/L2 chargers. Patrick diplomatically and patiently let us talk it out, answering questions and suggesting options. He showed us the charging station and walked us through the whole charging routine until we both were comfortable. When we took delivery, Patrick explained and demonstrated the options on the vehicle (media, comfort and safety features, etc.) patiently, completely, and clearly and got our phones set up to get us started. He reminded us that we should contact him immediately if we got stumped or had questions going forward. Patrick could serve as a model salesman for vehicles in general. And we will certainly be back to shop for Vehicle #2 at Gay Family Kia. More
