Staff was not very friendly and I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged.
Pat was very knowledgeable and made for an easy transaction! Very good experience for us!
The service was excellent, they even washed my car. Staff was courteous, pleasant, and professional. Waiting area was comfortable. Also, service was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time, so there was a minimum amount of waiting time. Very happy.

Everyone was extremely attentive and friendly. We came by the first day and Austin met us in the parking lot. He gave us a little bit of information that we needed as we were not ready to sit down at that time . It was freezing cold outside that day. But we made sure to come back and ask for him..
