Samuel Perez was very nice and helpful. He even went the extra mile for me. I got my car inspected at Kia, I asked Samuel if I went to Kroger's to get my sticker and came back could he put He even went the extra mile for me. I got my car inspected at Kia, I asked Samuel if I went to Kroger's to get my sticker and came back could he put it on for me. He said absolutely with no hesitation. So I left to go get my tags and came back; He saw me pull up and was at the door before I could make it inside He put the new sticker on for me. I thought this act of kindness was very nice of him. He gets and A++. It's hard to find good customer service these days in my opinion he exceeded my expectation.. PS - He also put the sticker on STRAIGHT which meant a lot to me because I don't like crooked. More
