the sales experience went pretty well. I got direct responses for my questions and everything was agreed and completed fine. There were a few things I was promised would get handled after I got direct responses for my questions and everything was agreed and completed fine. There were a few things I was promised would get handled after the sale that was agreed with the price including some dealer accessories as well as a home link system. It's been almost 3 weeks and conversations with different departments (including the salesman that agreed with the home Link system install during the purchase and the parts department) and I have gotten the run around. Upon reaching out to the Parts department, I was told there wasn't even a request inputted in the system for the home link part and this is after almost 3 weeks of waiting. The customer should Not have to continue to follow up, it’s the dealer that should be reaching out to give updates to the customer at a reasonable time. I understand parts may not be available or delays may happen but silence for multiple weeks after paying almost $50,000 for a vehicle is not right. Word of caution that anything agreed to needs to be completed before driving off the lot else there will be problems. I have never encountered this type of experience when purchasing a vehicle and I have had many times had items or work done as promised after driving off the lot. More
