I was very pleased with the service I received at Gay Family Kia. I knew I wanted to get an SUV hybrid but had some concerns about the difference between plug in hybrid and hybrid. I also had limits to Family Kia. I knew I wanted to get an SUV hybrid but had some concerns about the difference between plug in hybrid and hybrid. I also had limits to the size/length of the vehicle. Austin was very helpful in measuring the length of the SUV and explaining the differences. He was very patient with my questions and answered each one with a smile. Purchased the Kia Sportage Hybrid and am very pleased. Zachary was also helpful with the walk through of the interior bells and whistles. Thank you all! More
