Body work done Gates performed some minor body work on my front bumper. The work is immaculate- can’t tell holes were ever present. The manager was helpful as well. The only thing I found a little concerning is that the vehicle Gates picked me up in to drive to and from the body shop had a cracked front bumper and needed body work. More

I bought a used Chevy Malibu 2015 for $20,000 and I am having nothing but problems with it. My headliner is coming down, the ac has a terrible smell, I can't seem to close my driver door all the way, so on the high way the cabin of this car is very loud. The worst part is that I having some issues where the car keeps surging up and down, so the car feels like its going back and forth. I brought the car to gates 3 times because I kept telling them I was having issues, they did nothing for me. I am done with Gates, now I will have to bring the car to someone else, and pay diagnostics fees to find out whats going on. DON'T BE ME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. More
