I had scheduled to have my CarPlay to be fixed as it requires resetting on a daily basis. They told me they reset the system and to come back in a couple of weeks. I was hoping to have it completely evaluated and fixed. That didn't happen. I live 30 minutes away from the dealer. I had set aside several hours to have this addressed and it took 30 minutes or less for them to tell me to come back. Issue has not been resolved. More

One reverse light does not work, shady about all the upselling warranty and then got mad when we declined. We found the vehicle advertised cheaper on line from their store, then made excuses why it was upselling warranty and then got mad when we declined. As always the work and customer care is excellent, effective and efficient. Lines of communication between Jessie and Bud were helpful and informative.
