The young man who told me Travis was off asked me if he could help me. His name was Devin J. I had purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer/connect it with my Toyota multimedia console and failed. Travis M. told me if I ever had any questions or concerns to call him or stop by. Devin J. was so professional and polite with me. He said he didn't know everything about technology but he would give it a try. I handed him my phone and we sat in my car and within 15 minutes Devin J. had my phone and car multimedia working together! Devin J. made my day!! Thank you Devin J.🤗 More

Either their database is wrong or they are trying to upsell services. Once corrected they apologized but it has happened twice now. Please ensure the technicians recommend only those services that are required based on vehicle history. More
