I made my appointment 7 days prior, but when I arrived, I was questioned how I made my appointment and that usually they are only allowed so many appointments at 4pm. It was unsettling to be told that when I made an appointment that far in advance that I might have to wait longer because of a computer scheduling error. I was disappointed in how I was presented with this error and questioned right away how I made this appointment and whether it was valid. More

I had a 1:30 appointment time and didn’t get out of gates Toyota until 3:55 for a battery change. Why make an appointment to wait over two hours. Then I had a prorated warranty on my battery but still charge Toyota until 3:55 for a battery change. Why make an appointment to wait over two hours. They don’t listen to customers well and try to address their problems. Not sure if I’m going to buy more vehicles from this dealership. I have always used the dealership for service & have generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I co generally been satisfied. The last two visits, however, both service technicians listed necessary services that my vehicle needs, yet both times I corrected them providing dates and mileage when those services were already performed. Either their database is wrong or they are trying to upsell services. Once corrected they apologized but it has happened twice now. Please ensure the technicians recommend only those services that are required based on vehicle history. More
