Chris was by far a better salesman than anyone from Gates Chevy World. We did a more thorough test drive that helped me make a much more informed decision compared to Chevy. He also listened to what I wanted in a car instead of picking cars for me. I don’t recall the manager’s name, but both he and Chris also listened to what I could afford payment wise and the deal was made. Can’t remember the finance manager either but he was very detailed in the paperwork. Explained everything to me. Highly impressed. Both Toyota and Chevy World are by Gates but Toyota has the better salesmen hands down. Will definitely recommend my family there instead. More

I recently purchased a truck from Gates and specifically Marcus. I had been working with a couple of other dealerships but my experience with Marcus was substantially better than the others. First, he under Marcus. I had been working with a couple of other dealerships but my experience with Marcus was substantially better than the others. First, he understood what I was looking for in a truck as well as budget and he respected those requests. Marcus worked to locate a truck that fit my needs and budget. He was drama free and listened. He accommodated every request and made the entire experience of purchasing a new truck enjoyable. Additionally, Marcus worked with Gates to get my monthly payment to an amount that was well below two other Toyota dealerships. I will most likely purchase my next vehicle from Marcus. That's why I always take my Prius there, so I could avoid such problems through inspections done every single time I've taken my care there since purchased there. Previous inspections revealed no such problem--a "sticky caliper." I was also never informed that there is a $90 caliper service. Had I known that I could have avoided over $600 for Tuesday's repair. Time consuming I made an appointment for my first 5,000 mile check up. I assumed It would take 1/2 hour to 3/4 of an hour, tops, since I had an appointment. Our Car was titled in the wrong state! They won’t fix it! Very bad experience with Gates!!! We purchased a vehicle in Indiana and I live in Indiana. Our car was titled for Michigan. When we went to the BMV, they said that gates just needed to make a corrected title. They refused to do it and so now our car is titled, licensed,registered and insured in the wrong state which my insurance tells me is illegal. I have contacted them, my husband has contacted them, and I have posted on social media. They have not resolved this issue. More
