I had a 1:30 appointment time and didn’t get out of gates Toyota until 3:55 for a battery change. Why make an appointment to wait over two hours. I had purchased a new phone and attempted to transfer/connect it with my Toyota multimedia console and failed. Travis M. told me if I ever had any questions or concerns to call him or stop by. Devin J. was so professional and polite with me. He said he didn't know everything about technology but he would give it a try. I went to have my tires checked the tire icon was displayed on the dashboard. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change with only 2 cars ahead of me. Their was only 1 guy doing oil changes but a lot standing around at the desks and I'm sure at least one could have jumped in to help out ahead of me. They were thorough with running diagnostics and looking into problems with my car. They put a new to me used engine in and replaced the radiator. I picked it up Saturday morning and Sunday night the check into problems with my car. They put a new to me used engine in and replaced the radiator.
