my negative experience truck i bought from them has been in the shop more than ive driven it. when i picked it up gas tank wasnt full,windshield washer fluid was empty,chang truck i bought from them has been in the shop more than ive driven it. when i picked it up gas tank wasnt full,windshield washer fluid was empty,change oil light came on within 3 days,after day 6 or 7 the check engine light came on and took them a week to fix,then had it only for a week or so more and check engine light came on again and the 2 loner vehicles they gave me barely had 1/4 tank of gas each time. plus im being billed for something they told me was free,,so i will never ever buy another vehicle from gates again. More

Knowledgeable sales and very efficient I put 4 stars instead of 5 because of poor masking by the staff. I dropped a folder off following my purchase and the receptionist wasn't wearing her I put 4 stars instead of 5 because of poor masking by the staff. I dropped a folder off following my purchase and the receptionist wasn't wearing her mask. I asked her to put it on before I approached and she claimed she couldn't hear me (there IS oppressive music playing all the time) and motioned me to come closer. No way! I placed the folder on the far edge of the counter and cleared out. I made special arrangements to meet with a salesperson who would observe masking requirements before the purchase and he was nice about it. But, frankly, I shouldn't have to go the extra mile to get workers to do the right thing. There were salespeople all over the property, inside and out without masks. I have a long history of good purchases and excellent service experiences. Otherwise, I would drop the business like a hot potato. More
Excellent Service Department My Maintenance Visit was pleasant and the wait time was very close to what the Service Dept estimated it would be. I was pleased that all the employees that I saw were in face coverings or shields, which made the visit a lot more safe feeling. I am always grateful for this dealership, as I am always treated with respect and they keep you up on what they need to do and, keep me informed as they are doing it. More
Everyone one is friendly and knowledge when asked questions. If something needs replaced they show you the product the recommended to be replaced. The waiting area is comfortable and quiet. Friendly and infomative. I asked to have the brakes checked out because of a noise and asked them to do a oil change while it was in there.
