Vehicle service was fine. I had sent email prior with no response asking about virus protection procedures. My service writer (young man) had mask on. Writer next to him did not and never put it on while response asking about virus protection procedures. My service writer (young man) had mask on. No signs or instructions were seen anywhere on social distancing or mask mandate. Person came into waiting area with no mask. All this dissapointed me with the ongoing virus scare. I found a vehicle I liked on their inventory online and emailed them asking if it was available. I was able to make an appointment to look at the vehicle and was able to take it home the same day. After looking at the vehicle and going over some information with Marcus, he sent us to Jason for finances. Jason explained everything to my dad and I and was also helpful in answering our questions. The process was very quick and Gates Toyota made financing a car for the first time a quick and easy experience for me! More

Despite initial confusion, which is when Scott Blackford came into the picture, the management came to be extremely accommodative to my demands.
