My husband and I had been familiar with Garavel Subaru’s Service Center for many years; this was the only place we’d had our Foresters serviced from the time we moved to Norwalk nearly 20 years ago. When it came time to replace my 2009 Forester recently, I knew I wanted to stick with Subaru and looked at Garavel’s used car inventory online. There were numerous choices and I wound up connecting with sales consultant, Dave Novik. In short, I soon discovered that the high quality of customer service and extensive product knowledge I’d experienced in the service area was mimicked by the Sales Department. Besides knowledge and experience, Dave was exceptionally patient as I worked through what model and features were right for me, Also, I never felt a smidge of pressure, even when I mentioned I’d be checking out a couple of options at a competitor dealership. I learned that, comparing apples to apples, Garavel’s prices couldn’t be beat. The end result: I purchased a Preowned Certified 2022 Crosstrek. Dave and his team made everything so smooth and simple, right through registration of my new car. I’m looking forward to many more years as a happy Subaru owner. More
