Good routine 1st service visit. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Evelyn. She is extremely professional, caring, and honest. My mother had purchased a car 18 months ago and suddenly lost her ability to drive. The car was still essentially brand new (less than 4,000 miles on it). I considered doing a private sale, thinking the dealership may "take me to the cleaners". I called Subaru and dealt with Evelyn and I'm so glad I did. The process was so easy start to finish and she gave my mother an honest value on the car.
