After I placed the order and paid the deposit, the car arrived much faster than we expected, it only took about one to two weeks. When we wanted to come in and check the car, Dave was very responsive and was able to get the car ready for us quickly. We were able to pick it up the next day. I really appreciate all of Dave’s hard work and professionalism throughout the entire process. I had compared several other dealers before, and honestly, this was the best experience by far. Normally, I don’t write reviews but I had to in this instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever instance because of my fantastic experience at Garavel Subaru in Norwalk. You must ask for Rafael Velez. By far, he is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. What immediately caught my attention was the personalized video Rafael sent me. At that point I was only inquiring about the Outback Premium and Limited. In the video, he pointed out the differences between the two cars which I could see with my own eyes. I hadn’t even made an appointment to see Rafael at that point. When I visited the dealership the next day Rafael spent 4 hours with me. Test drove the car and decided on the Limited. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and we closed the deal. It would not have happened if it wasn’t for Rafael. He is hard working, honest and transparent. I also encountered genuinely friendly people from the front desk receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) to business manager, Gary. Such a positive experience I will be transferring my car’s service to Garavel. More
