I worked with Avery Cooper to purchase a new 2023 Z4 M40i as an out-of-state deal. I was very particular about my build as this is a forever car for me, and I also wanted to take delivery at the PCD as this as an out-of-state deal. I was very particular about my build as this is a forever car for me, and I also wanted to take delivery at the PCD as this was a bucket list item for me. Avery was amazing to work with especially being that this was an out-of-state deal where I never actually set foot inside the dealership. Anytime I had a question (and I had a few!), he always was quick to respond. If he didn’t know the answer, he would research it and get back to me promptly. To me, this really helped build a lot of trust. Even though I never met him, he was very personable over the phone, and I enjoyed talking to him. After I signed for the order, I decided to change the wheels. He quickly updated the order before it went into production. I hugely appreciated that he still took the same amount of care even after the deal was done. He kept me up to date as my order progressed. When it was time to schedule the PCD, he reached out that same day the PCD contacted him with the delivery days. When I took delivery at the PCD, the delivery specialist I worked with told me how impressed he was with Avery. He said the paperwork was perfectly organized, and he provided the supplemental recall signoff to allow me to take delivery without him having to remind him multiple times. His words were “Avery really knew the process and one of the best he has worked with on the PCD deliveries”. Even after taking delivery at the PCD, Avery has helped me with my recall on my Digital Key Card. It is clear to me that Avery really cares about his customers, and he isn’t just about making the sale and moving on. He has my business and recommendation for all my future BMWs!
