Great experience As a single female, going to a dealership can be quite intimidating. I browsed the lot various times scanning what might be available. Each time I was there Mike was outside either helping others or waiting to help. He saw me browsing, asked if he could help direct me. I specifically told him I was in the preliminary stages of looking. He handed me is card and told me to contact him should I have any questions, he was not at all pushy. I appreciated that. One week later I drove through again with my questions and concerns. Again, Mike was the only sales associate I saw in the lot. He remembered me from our first encounter and answered my questions, concerns and directed me to the car I was interested in. He explained the benefits for me and offered a test drive. When I returned from my short drive we sat down, figured a trade in for my current vehicle and within 30 minutes I had a new vehicle. When I picked my new car up, 2 days later, Mike helped me set up it up before I left, gave me his number and said to contact him personally should I have any questions with my car, no matter how silly my question might be. (All of the high tech computer stuff is amazing, but confusing). Thanks Mike for your help. I'll be sending others in need of a vehicle your direction. More

Car Buying made easy My wife and I have been looking for a new (but used) vehicle for some time now. I found one at Fred Mueller that I thought my wife would really like. My wife and I have been looking for a new (but used) vehicle for some time now. I found one at Fred Mueller that I thought my wife would really like. As I was looking at the vehicles, Mike Kohler came by and asked if I had any questions. We talked for quite some time, and I agreed to bring my wife back to test drive the car. Mike was not pushy at all, and extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicle features. We came back and drove it, and of course, loved it. Except for the price!! Mike did all he could to help us with it, but in the end, it just wouldn't fit our budget. We left, but Mike never stopped working for us. He called me back a couple days later with a vehicle that completely fit our needs. Thank you so much to Mike for his willingness to find us a car, and never make us feel pressured to make a decision. You do your job well, and I will recommend you to everyone. I was in and out and got exactly what I wanted. I saw a Buick Regal for sale on line and decided to check it out. When I arrived there I was happily greeted by Mike Kohler and was politely asked if I saw a Buick Regal for sale on line and decided to check it out. When I arrived there I was happily greeted by Mike Kohler and was politely asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. Shortly after I started to drive the car I knew I had to have it. When I returned I informed Mike that I would love to buy the car. We went in and started the process. I was really shocked at how very smoothly and quickly the whole process took. While I waited I was politely shown to the waiting area while Kevin did his best to find me the best deal.
