First Brand New Vehicle My wife, kids and I stopped by to take a look at trucks and parked near a used GMC Sierra. By chance Mike Kohler was on his way out to show another My wife, kids and I stopped by to take a look at trucks and parked near a used GMC Sierra. By chance Mike Kohler was on his way out to show another guest that same vehicle and that is how we met. Mike unlocked the vehicle and my kids hopped in with a grin from ear to ear. So Mike had two parties interested in the same vehicle at the same time. The other gentlemen was more interested in the red truck made the same year so we ended up having dibs on this Sierra. Mike explained the value of some of the used vehicles based on mileage and options and pointed us in the direction to get the most bang for our buck. Although this 2014 Sierra had great value we decided to go with a new 2016 version with full warranties. I have 70 miles on the new one and can't complain one bit. We got the vehicle at a good price and Mike went over every square inch of it with us. Great experience! More

So we decided to take a trip to Wausau from Marshfield to take a look and therefore i had my own thoughts on getting a vehicle from a dealership...thinking oh they aren't going to leave me alone, they are gonna be pushy like all dealerships..those typical thoughts one gets in there head. We get there to look at the vehicle and this sales guy is already heading towards us (I'm thinking here we go just like I thought..pushy). Well not at all this "guy" happened to be Mike Kohler and he took such good care of us answered all of our questions, made me feel very comfortable with him, was willing to work with my budget on the vehicle, did not push anything on us, did not try to make a "quick buck" because we are younger and not as knowledgeable in this area, i mean he was excellent with us I couldn't have had a better experience. He gave us a great vehicle and is still telling us that if anything happens to let him know he will take care of us. To have that security is wonderful! We had planned to continue on to other dealerships after our visit. Mike promptly greeted us in the parking lot and asked what type of vehicle we were looking for. He provided assistance looking at the crossover SUV's in the showroom and out in the lot. He was able to confidently answer all of our questions and displayed a high level of courteousness and patience. We asked about the pre-owned Cadillac that caught our eyes and Mike explained to us the details of the automobile. Mike did an excellent job in trying to meet our needs as customers. He listened to what our vehicle needs were and never pressured us in the vehicle selection process. We didn't visit any other dealerships as we decided that the Cadillac would suit our needs at a great value. Mike gave my wife and I a thorough explanation of the automobiles features and how to navigate the control systems after the sale was complete. We also had a pleasant experience financing the vehicle onsite with the help of Kevin Giese. He was efficient and courteous while processing the paperwork. Additionally, he clarified exactly how the different add-on insurance options worked while giving an objective review of the pros and cons of each option.
