He was never pushy, he got us a great deal and we were very happy with the service he provided us. A week later after the purchase, I had a few questions which I e-mailed Mike and he got right back to me. He is very on the ball and friendly. He wants you to be happy with your purchase. Mike answered every question I had about SUV trucks and showed his 20 years of experience in the business and let me tell you I had alot of questions. It was quite obvious that this was the the right sales man and dealership for us. We decided to purchase the truck and what a great experience we had here. After we bought the truck you would think that the sale is complete so now everything is done and over with. At Fred Muellers this is not the case, before we left the general manager came and told us that this is not the end but just the begining. He said please call us with any questions comments or concerns we back what we sell. What a great feeling this for buyers. Our experience at Fred Muellers in Schofield was one of the best that we have ever had while making a major purchase. I can honestly say we bought this truck number one because we liked it and number two Mike did such a great job of working with our budget and giving his outstanding knowledge of the Buick Rainier.
