I live in Neenah and went to Neuville Motors in Waupaca to trade my 4 collector Cars toward the purchase of a 2025 Corvette Stingray. Neuville Motors gave me a "very much better deal" than the UN-knowledgeable guys at the Bergstrom Dealership in Neenah. It was definitely worth the extra few miles of travel to go to Neuville Motors. They have great service and very friendly sales people that make you feel like you are part of their family. I will never deal with the local Neenah dealer again. Neuville Motors will be my go-to place for service and future purchases. Dan Tischendorf spent nearly 2 hours personally teaching me about my newly acquired Corvette. He also gave me his personal cell number in case I had any questions in the future. He is an extremely knowledgeable Corvette Expert and a great teacher. I would highly recommend any persons interested in buying a New or Used car to take the time to check with Neuville Motors before buying from another dealer. Now I'm going to go back to find an upgrade vehicle for my wife.

Highly Unprofessional Sales Staff - Rich

I agreed to a down payment so that they would transport a truck up from another dealership for me to look at. The email from the sales person explicitly stated that my down payment would be refunded if i decided that I didn't want the truck. I decided I didn't want the truck and they refused to refund me. I never signed anything or ever met them face to face. All communications was through email so i have documentation showing they have no grounds to keep my money. I tried calling the sales manager and he claimed I committed to buying a vehicle from them and would not read through the email conversation i had with the sales person. I would never do business with them in any capacity again!

I purchased a Murano from a dealer who was much closer to me, but primarily because of the cost of warranty on Cadillacs. After having had a BMW, with NO warranty available, that became a key factor in my purchase.
