Thank you I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. First, Mike was an absolute angel to both myself and my younger brother who helped me pick out I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. First, Mike was an absolute angel to both myself and my younger brother who helped me pick out some cars to test drive. Mike gave us the inside scoop on all of our options and treated us as if we were members of his own family. We test drove on Saturday, and I signed papers for a head start on a vehicle the same day. The plan was to pick up the vehicle on Monday after work. When my mother and I pulled into the lot on Monday, I scanned the side of the building for my new baby. When I didn't see the car, my mother excitedly pointed to the car in the front of the dealership, fitted with three large balloons. After meeting in the building to sign paperwork, Mike had me come with him to release the balloons and showed me the note that he tied to them, which read "Please watch over (my name)" This gesture meant more to me than words can express. I am a cancer survivor and current chronic illness sufferer. Mike really went above and beyond to show that he is not only a great car salesman, but also a great person, with a heart of gold. I would recommend this dealership 150% and will continue to give them my business in the future. More

Great experience As a single female, going to a dealership can be quite intimidating. I browsed the lot various times scanning what might be available. Each time I was As a single female, going to a dealership can be quite intimidating. I browsed the lot various times scanning what might be available. Each time I was there Mike was outside either helping others or waiting to help. He saw me browsing, asked if he could help direct me. I specifically told him I was in the preliminary stages of looking. He handed me is card and told me to contact him should I have any questions, he was not at all pushy. I appreciated that. One week later I drove through again with my questions and concerns. Again, Mike was the only sales associate I saw in the lot. He remembered me from our first encounter and answered my questions, concerns and directed me to the car I was interested in. He explained the benefits for me and offered a test drive. When I returned from my short drive we sat down, figured a trade in for my current vehicle and within 30 minutes I had a new vehicle. When I picked my new car up, 2 days later, Mike helped me set up it up before I left, gave me his number and said to contact him personally should I have any questions with my car, no matter how silly my question might be. (All of the high tech computer stuff is amazing, but confusing). Thanks Mike for your help. I'll be sending others in need of a vehicle your direction. More
