Thank you I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. First, Mike was an absolute angel to both myself and my younger brother who helped me pick out I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. First, Mike was an absolute angel to both myself and my younger brother who helped me pick out some cars to test drive. Mike gave us the inside scoop on all of our options and treated us as if we were members of his own family. We test drove on Saturday, and I signed papers for a head start on a vehicle the same day. The plan was to pick up the vehicle on Monday after work. When my mother and I pulled into the lot on Monday, I scanned the side of the building for my new baby. When I didn't see the car, my mother excitedly pointed to the car in the front of the dealership, fitted with three large balloons. After meeting in the building to sign paperwork, Mike had me come with him to release the balloons and showed me the note that he tied to them, which read "Please watch over (my name)" This gesture meant more to me than words can express. I am a cancer survivor and current chronic illness sufferer. Mike really went above and beyond to show that he is not only a great car salesman, but also a great person, with a heart of gold. I would recommend this dealership 150% and will continue to give them my business in the future. More
