I cannot say enough about my buying experience with Steve Buckman and Jim Borthwick. Steve turned me over to Jim and I can honestly say they truly made this the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. Jim was my salesperson and helped me (beyond helped me) with red tape and answered ALL my questions. Jim was easy to keep in contact with via email or phone - always available and if he wasn't he would always call or email back very quickly. Everything was set and ready to go once I arrived - just had to sign and my car was ready and waiting for me. Jim is also patient and so very helpful in all aspects of either buying or leasing a vehicle.
