The sale people are awesome to work with - if something is not right they go out of their way to correct it. Service department keeps you in the loop through text messaging and phone calls. If you are looking for a new car-strongly recommend you stop into the dealership.

Every time I come in for service for my 2017 terrain for oil change and tire rotation its always something else happens. They don't check other things with your vehicle and I'm sick of it

The heroine on this story was Hancess! She really did went above & beyond traditional customer service and helped immensely on convincing my wife that her car was the right decision We arrived to only test drive an Envista, which my wife shared with a very low voice and somehow not convinced it felt rather not what she was looking for. This is where Hancess awesome customer service and attention to detail came into play! Just before we jumped over the car to test drive it she immediately brought an Encore and gave us the keys to test drive it after the first one; only because of this we made the buy. In other places they limited to only show what we were asking for and did not looked "above customer expectations" With that said I am a very happy buyer and my wife is really enjoying a very nice car.
