Big shout out to Phil Halterman and Fox Buick GMC team. Phil is the best in the business. Always honest and up front for options. Great overall car buying experience, and everything was painless. 2nd vehicle purchased this year with them and both experience were great.

Fox started a service to alert customers via text message about the status of completion or other services required. However, it does not work. When I asked about it, I was told it doesn't work for the service I was provided. And the service is new. Why send me info that is of no value and takes up my time? But more importantly, the precedent it establishes regarding trust.

The sale people are awesome to work with - if something is not right they go out of their way to correct it. Service department keeps you in the loop through text messaging and phone calls. If you are looking for a new car-strongly recommend you stop into the dealership.

Every time I come in for service for my 2017 terrain for oil change and tire rotation its always something else happens. They don't check other things with your vehicle and I'm sick of it
