Outstanding Service Consultant I brought my car in for a recall 3-9-17. Reggie Garrett was my Service Consultant. I had an appointment, so I knew I'd have a wait. My wait time was l I brought my car in for a recall 3-9-17. Reggie Garrett was my Service Consultant. I had an appointment, so I knew I'd have a wait. My wait time was less than I expected. Not only did Reggie take care of my recall (Low beam lights going off when in an on position.), he had the service department check over my car. I was given a list of issues to take care of that were problematic. Reggie prioritized the issues and gave me an indication of costs. I was thrilled to have the list, and I ended up checking out every item and having some repairs. While there, I realized that I had Reggie's assistance a month or two prior to March 9th. I had two entry remotes that were not working even though I had replaced the batteries. The first Service Rep who helped me gave me a cursory explanation and walked away. Reggie then came up to me and said, 'You look a little confused.' I said I was, and then Reggie proceeded to give me the clarification I needed. I will look for Reggie in the future when I go to Sellers! More

After feeling like I was "interrupting" the salesman, I started looking for other options. When I asked around, I received consistent recommendations that Sellers Buick GMC was the place for me to look. The recommendations were 100%. My salesperson, Tim Egan, was helpful from the start of the process, helping me determine the best vehicle to meet my needs. Once we decided on the exact vehicle he and the owner for the dealership, Sam Slaughter, went to work to get the vehicle ordered and delivered rapidly. I travel extensively, so having a process that works without tremendous follow-up and utilizing various forms of communication is important. Tim Egan works that way. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and I am owe much of my happiness to the dealership experience. Thank you Tim, Sam and the entire Sellers team. More

Fantastic customer experience! I had been searching for Yukon XL for several weeks via phone and internet and Sellers was the ONLY dealer to respond but not in any way "salesy". Wi I had been searching for Yukon XL for several weeks via phone and internet and Sellers was the ONLY dealer to respond but not in any way "salesy". Within 48 hours I had easily been contacted by at least 4 people carrying varying roles from customers service, sales, and finance. They communicated quickly through phone and email and answered every question I had. I was introduced to one of the sales managers who worked through some discount questions and made everything happen flawlessly. When picking up my truck I was greeted by multiple people, offered water/snacks, and the entire team - sales, finance, customer service, service, and management worked with me to have me in and out under an hour. It was one of the best car sales experiences I have had. Kudos to the entire Sellers team, the dynamic is to be applauded! This is how EVERY sales organization, regardless of product should be run!
