I just purchased a used vehicle and was pleased with their knowledge of the vehicle (which was not a Buick or GMC) and their ability to make the process quick and easy. Upon our arrival about 12:30, the receptionist recognized our request and immediately paged the sales manager. He escorted us to Jenifer's location and offered coffee, tea, or water. Jenifer patiently listened to what we wanted in our next vehicle, then went into Sellers' inventory listing and found a very close match. She had the vehicle brought out front for our test drive. We were "sold" and placed a deposit. Wednesday morning, the vehicle was parked out front, ready to go, when we arrived. We completed the paperwork, posed for a photo with her, and drove it home.
